Since our products are custom-printed and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages, Defects, and Misprints
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report any issues. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@thelazyadult.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To expedite your request, your email must include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or the incorrect item received.
- A clear photo of the product's barcode sticker on the packaging (required for verification).
If approved, we will arrange for a brand-new replacement to be printed and shipped to you at no extra cost, or issue a full refund. You do not need to ship the defective item back to us.

Because every product on our store is custom-manufactured specifically for you upon ordering, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please carefully review our size charts and product descriptions before finalizing your purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. However, because our items are custom-made, the customer must bear the full cost of the return shipping to our designated facility. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refund Processing
Once your damage/defect claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellation Policy
Because our products are custom-made and printing begins almost immediately after an order is placed, cancellations are only possible within a strict window:
- Cancellation Window: You can request an order cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order.
- How to Cancel: Email us immediately at with your order number and the subject line "CANCEL ORDER".
- After 1 Hour: Once an hour has passed, your order is automatically pushed to production and printing begins. After this point, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded under any circumstances.
