Where do you ship?
Within India only, for now. International shipping is on the to-do list for later.
How long will my order take?
We hand orders to the courier within a few business days. Most arrive about 5–8 business days after you order. The full details are in the shipping policy.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is shared as soon as your order is on its way. If you haven't got it, email hello@thelazyadult.com with your order number.
Can I return or exchange something that doesn't fit or I changed my mind about?
No. We don't take returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong colour or change of mind, and we don't do size swaps. Check the size chart before you buy, and when in doubt, size up. Need a different size? Place a new order. Sale items and gift cards aren't returnable either.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong?
You have 10 days from delivery to tell us. Use the report a problem form with your order number, the email on the order and clear photos. If we approve it, we replace it or refund you in full. You don't need to send the item back. More in the refund policy.
My parcel never arrived.
Choose "Didn't arrive" on the report a problem form, or email hello@thelazyadult.com with your order number. Do it within 10 days of the estimated delivery date.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, any time until it ships. Log in, open the order and request a cancellation. We confirm by email and refund your original payment method. Once it's on its way, it can't be cancelled.
When will I get my refund?
Once a claim is approved, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
Can I return a digital download?
Not for a change of mind, once the file has been delivered. If the file is corrupted, missing or not the one you ordered, email hello@thelazyadult.com with your order number and we'll fix it or refund you in full.
How do I get in touch?
Email hello@thelazyadult.com. We reply within 2 business days. We read every message ourselves, and there's no phone line.
